Send email to your delivery manager and keep rmg and his supervisor in cc According to my information, after 2 years you are allowed to leave. They have to reply your mail with some release plan. If they don't, you can escalate the matter to higher management. Don't be afraid to do that.

Hi can you tell me how i can go further as my TL denied to give release, and i had argument when he said it will take time to get resource it maybe take 1,3,6 months or a year even

I reply it's not my responsibility to bring resource and if i wait for that long don't you think my skills will be wasted

Keep sending him reminders every alternate day. Be patient. At least he is not denying. You also help to find a resource by posting it on Knome. Be calm and polite. If no reply or results in a month, contact delivery manager and RMG. Keep everything in email only. RMG will call you, rather replying on email. They always try to avoid replying on email. But you keep repeating that you want to work in a project with matching profile etc etc.. tell rmg to reply over email. Eventually it will work.. I know it's sound a long path but it will work.

Sharing my experience : I have been asking for release for the last 2 years but they didn't agree to give it. At one point, my TL said that we won't give you release unless you give resignation. Present days, it been a month I am in my NP and they decided to give me release within a week after my resignation email. So yes, it's pretty easy to get release after you submit your resignation, coz then, they have to give answers to questions from higher authorities. Without that, it's pretty hard to get.

Another way to get release is by not doing any work. I have seen 2 freshers getting release after 6 months of onboarding as they were not giving any output 😂

It isn't advisable to take the second option, that is not doing any work.
I have read an experience from someone: He was trying to get a release from the project as it was hectic and toxic. But the management rejected his requests. So he choose the second option to not doing anything effective. And it worked also... After the appraisal window closed, he got released. Not only that he got awarded with a D band.

Also in these cases the project manager can initiate PIP against you, which is another way of saying "just resign or we will fire"

Opt 1: If they have dependency on you, You will not get Release. He will say some stories.

Opt 2: If No dependency or if they want to cut down some resources, then you will get Release.

Maintain all the things over a mail. And put all the necessary guys in it like Delivery partner etc. So this may helps.
