Release From Project

I want release from the projects. I had talked to my manager regarding release, from my manager's word in directly she was saying I won't get release. What should i do in that case?

No resign and switch to different company you will not get release. You will get D band next year

Don’t respond properly and show non alignment take leave you also do everything in directly to get release else up skill and move out

Help me too. I also asked release. But manager is not responding only to release request. All other request she is considering. What to do next? I am only 3 year in TCS. Wanted to work in projects matching my skillset.
