Release from project
I want to get release from this current project I'm 11 months of experience in project suggest me
Simple way, don't ask for a release. Don't even talk about release. In fact, give them impression that you don't wanna release. But give them all other troubles. U will be out in a couple of months.

Getting release from a project is never an easy task here unless the client releases you due to inefficiency. I have been asking for that from last 1 year they didn't agree. Instead, they are giving me kt to move into different tech stacks, which I haven't worked in my 7 years career and which I am not interested in that tech stack..

Relocation doesn't just happen because you move from one project to another.. discuss such things with Reporting manager
Yeah I requested for relocation but RMG mentioned I will be relocated only if I get project release as there is no project ODC in the Bangalore.
You try two ways
- Try talking with your manager and proceed accordingly
If that's not working - Take leave on alternative days. It will cost you your leave balances, obviously. And later if for some reason current project is supposed do to your appraisal (like on some project they ask to raise appriasal with old project also) that'll be affected, that's the risk factor.
Getting release from project might be possible if you are blessed with an angel manager, but still the program manager will never release you from program. That means you will still be working in different project but in same program
Depends on ur manager and ur dependency of urs in project although officially u need to work in same project for atleast 18 months before get release from that project...but if ur manager is ready u can get release any time
I’m also asking for release and location change from last 1.5 years, shared all the medical records but still hr come me and saying as per TCS doctor there is no criticality you have to in your location only(Chennai) Any suggestions how to move from this location??
