Release from project

I have recently joined one project 15 days ago. But I am not happy here. There is lot of workload. How can I get out from this project? Please help.

Simply just tell your supervisor to add you in the Fluidity list or red list.

Tbh most projects have become like this. Atleast from what I hear and see everyone is on the same boat.

Only choice is to jump ship or be happy for now till the dust settles.

Or if you feel you are high asset employee then please feel free to fight for release but then situation is honestly very crap.

Don't ask for release this year. They have endless lists going on.

Stop working and delayyyyyed responses. But as per my understanding it's very difficult to get out of project even if you manage they will put bad remarks and I'm next project your chances of pip will get higher.
