I completely understand your point. I also read that even people in Wipro’s management are not happy with the work culture and pressure, and many leave the company within three years. After reading your post, it feels like that might actually be true.

Many times, juniors feel that project or process managers are the ones who create the stress and negative environment, so they end up blaming them. But in reality, even managers themselves are struggling because of the system.

Discuss with your HR manager, Project manager and Practice manager (Can get info in the PSP page) that you didn't like the project or your skill set doesn't match the work.

I asked my pm, they released me after 6 mnths without notice 😂. But am glad that am out of hell
