Trending @Capgemini; Release from project

If we are currently working in a project, and we want immediate release from company, if we negotiate do they accept for immediate release or 30 days notice period instead of 90 days

You have to pay for those days which u are not serving the notice period out of 90 days.

Suppose u are serving only 43 days then u have to pay for 47 days to Capgemini.

I also asked for the same thing but as per HR now CG policy got changed. They will give immediate release in case of medical emergency and if candidate is going for higher studies
