Release from project

Hi all, Need advice on project release. Recently I met with a road accident and the doctor advised me to take rest due to multiple fractures. I am able to do work but am not advised to travel. The manager did not provide WFH and asked me to apply to leave that for 15 days. Had a call with the manager and HR. And the manager is stating that mine is a client facing role and there is no possibility to provide WFH. He is not even providing release as well. He is stating that project release happens after completing 2 years in the project. Overall experience in TCS 4.5 years and in this project is 3 months. Even HR is not able to help on this as she is a recently joined person. I need advice on this....

I dnt think so there is min 2 year policy .. these guys create these things on their own..

so what is these guys expecting - travel to ofc with fractures ?? do you work at client location???

Dude raise a grievance. In this case you have the HR and TCS doctor report with you.

You can easily raise grievance and get this sorted. Go for it full force. Refuse to work and infact you can go one step ahead to get legal support as there is a solid case here with evidence.

Just ensure to take the approval emails documented and photos of the same on your personal. The WFH rejection. And get on record your manager denying WFH with fractures.

That should be enough to screw the ass and get a peaceful recovery.

Here I need to mention one thing... HR and TCS doctor approved mail is not directly sent to me. I raised a request by keeping my colleague in CC and after approval HR removed me from the mail and sent approval mail to my manager and he is not accepting and I got to know about my approval from my colleague who is in return mail from HR. She forgot to remove him. Now the manager is asking me how you know that HR and doctor approved your WFH.
