Release from project

I asked the manager for the release but they are not agreeing on that so I took 2 weeks leaves and now I see my name is not there on the roster. Am I getting released ?

Send release mails immediately and try to discuss in mails, once they stop replying back, wait few days and Raise a grievance in Ultimatix and next day resign and don't close the grievance at any cost until you are released, do this only in genuine cause. Otherwise it may not work.
