Trending @Infosys; Release from internal project.
Hii , i am very much frustrated by my manager . My project is very hectic , therr are various technologies used parallely such as ASP.NET , sql server , power bi ,excel macros , stored procedures. I am fresher and i was from testing field but got in this project by badluck. Now i realise high hectic pressure as sometimes we have to work tilll 11pm or sometimes login at 7am although it suppprt maintenance project for dm , tpd & higher authority in infosys.
Also i am unable to do tasks given...as first i have to learn thses all but there is no time to learn it.
Anyone can suggest how to get realese from it...suggestions are most welcome. 🙏🙏🙏
I feel you... The kind of frustration is worse... You can drop a mail for release tag HR but be ready for consequences if any.... Or simply resign in 3 months you will get another offer... I am also stuck in a shitty project I even had an argument with the manager. He's still not releasing me

Bro main thing is i have knowledge in automation testing domain. And dont have in developemnt knowledge . I am here frsutating here. Plus development is using asp.net old technology which is not used today so if i learn it as welll then rare jobs for me....but im automation testing good jobs amd salarybas well.
So i am saying
Just do your best. Don't overwork yourself if it's not worth it. If they scold tell them you are trying and ignore them. Parallelly try to see if you can get release else if not possible prepare for some other companies and leave once your 1 year is completed as they will blacklist you if u leave before 1 year I think.
Bro, if you have the skill ; please quit and join another company where you will get work as per your comfort level..

May you u tell , is any way to get release from it ? If i got selected in interview of client project or i say my issue to upper authority like unit tpd or avp head can i get release then ??
You can request release, which may or may not happen. You can apply for an IJP, if you get selected you get auto released . You can talk to HR or TPD or higher ups, they will always contact the current manager , and again the same thing related to market and business requirements. Good luck to you .. at the end of the day ; it’s not rocket science , it’s not about work/life balance , make use of the opportunity you get; learn whatever you can; if you have other aspirations ; move on
You will ask the won't give simply ignore them don't to task on time keep status offline on teams but stay active see whats going in dsm teams chats and all frustrat them don't give status to lead just give excuse by next sprint or next release you will get out of it
Bro my project is internal , not client based. So here who comes wont get realease early. Even what u said , one member has done that but he was scolded many times , but wont thrown out....
Can i contact upper authority for it? Maybe they make me release??
Take it as a challenge man!! Your are getting opp to learn. Pressure mistakes are all part of life. Don’t run away from it so early in your career.

I got release by messing up with work. I intentionally did my work wrong.And next day they released me. Once they told me to login early. I said dont call me,call me only in working hours. I never stayed longer than 6:30pm.
