Release from Account
How to get released from an account if the manager is not providing a release?
Write it to the delivery manager, delivery partner, account manager..... Or if you simply stop working they'll release what's so tough about that
I am a fresher and was forced to join this account in September and since then I have not been assigned any work, wasting my time.Also they hired me for springboot but they gave me some IIB tool to learn. Then I somehow convinced my supervisor/ delievery manager to put in some springboot project which he did.
After all this it's been two months since I got any work or even KT.
Supervisor/Delivery manager also told that giving release is not in his hands.
Any advice on how to deal with this situation?
If you don't have work then focus on developing your skills.
There are many projects in which you can go.
Find them and prepare for them.
