Trending @Capgemini; Release from a Project
I'm an experienced professional who's worked on 3 different projects for cg. Currently I've been involved in a project for over 6-7 months now, and it's become more toxic than even the most toxic relationships. Initially, I joined the project with high hopes, and expectations to learn from the best but I constantly encounter numerous red flags that are overwhelming. Instead of gaining valuable insights, the primary lesson seems to be solely focused on work, with little regard for personal life. The company sets high expectations for each employee, including certifications and adapting to different project demands, but fails to meet our expectations in terms of salary increases. Instead of boosting morale by rewarding existing employees with raises, the company opts to hire new employees at lower rates. Sick of all this. Any suggestions on what I must do, get released or quit the company? And also, if I do get released is it bench or straight to pip?

I have worked 4 years in CG and worked in 3 different projects. One being 2 years with my last assignment. I can completely relate to what you are facing. I got released from my project 2 months back because TCS is taking the support part and there was no development left.
My last project was really toxic with no regards to my personal well being. Just work work work all the time. No team meetings, no any extra activities. On top of it no hike for this year for working so hard.
I am planning to quit this organisation this week. Waiting for my offer to get released from other organisation.
So yeah you'll go to the bench if you get released. Try giving interviews out of the organisation and get an offer. You can switch. I don't see any good opportunities with good team ambience in CG.

TCS taking away the support part? Are you talking about Fo****e**
