Release

My base location was hyd & as project got ramp down & got opportunity I opted project which is in Bangalore. In April I started working from Bangalore & now due to some health condition in my family & I want to move back hyd but project manager is saying can't release as I have not completed even 18 months in project & not allowing me to report from hyd. They asked me to submit medical document & they forwarded it to hr panel. HR PANEL reverted my project that as per health condition it's not necessary to release employee & if project wants they can release.

Please guide me because I am being forced to work from Bangalore. I would have done it but due uncertain event I have to move back to my family.
