Release but not getting other unit project 🙁

Getting released in next month . Rmg is sending my profile to projects in same unit, but I want to go to a different unit . How to proceed? And other Unit manager want to take me their project .But still RMG is doing same thing. How can I get the same project which I want to join even other unit project SDM is ready ..

This happened to me and I can provide the answer.

The manager if they really like your profile and skill set they can Bypass the unit RMG and onboard you. The manager and team will block out all RMG drama. After 1 month the unit RMG will release you from that unit.

They are all bark and no bite as long as the other project from diff unit is backing you.
