Release and WFO Query

One of my colleague is getting released on 30 September from the project. Currently she is 3 month pregnant. What she should do? whether she should join new project?Do Rmg provide wfh exception for this case?

Ask her to visit a doctor and get a medical certificate that she needs rest.

She should join a project as it will make good impacts on her deployment index, she can join a project where she could be utilized only for billing purpose for next 6 months.
