How can I release from the project is there is any process or directly told to manager

You can ask manager ..may be not at sudden ..but he would release you if there is any chance..minimum time they would take is 3 to 6 months..because they need to replace you and train them. 2.Aplly for IJP if you get selected they have to release you in 3 months.

@Sasusa - For point 2- IJP, if selected and manager agrees to release and transfer to new projct. They will not stop at last monent, right? If we can stop or do limited work in current projects.

They can't stop you as far as I know.

You can connect with HR and you can discuss that your not okay with this project and they will connect with your manager then they will release you from the project
