If it showing the start as aug, then what's the problem. It's all good only
But I have not mentioned about this internship experience to new company,I said them I joined as a fresher at TCS during bg verification they will find out this 4month pf record ,so will it cause problem?
Hi Guys, I am 2020btech passout.During jan 2020-may2020 I joined as an intern in small startup and left in May ,but they created pf at that time and in epfo it is showing as closed in May 2020.I didn't get any relieving letter from that startup.Then I joined in aug 2020 as a trainee in tcs and till date I am here.Im epfo portal for TCS it is showing pf start date as aug 2020. I just want to know if I try to switch will it cause a problem because of that 4months ? Will company reject me?
