Trending @Infosys; Related to performance bonus

How the performance bonus will be given as the rating is given in December... It will be same for next quarters as well? I got my performance bonus in February... As per my knowledge we will get in again in May.... I'll get the same performance bonus in May or manager will give rating again for these three months(jan to march)???
