Related to Notice period
If we are in project and going to switch organisation, do we have to serve notice period 90 days compulsory? Or do we have any possible way to serve notice period less than 90 days? Like example: before notice period starts, get release from the project and sitting on bench will have the chance to reduce notice period? suggest all the possible way to reduce notice period as much as possible

A 90 days notice period is tough, but it’s not set in stone. If you’re sitting on the bench, you might have room to negotiate a reduced notice period with HR or your manager.
