This year a lot of people received a NI rating. Even in my friend Circle almost 5 people got NI rating. Is this strategy by the company to remove the workforce? Even the employees who are in Infosys from almost 5.5 yrs got NI rating. Toxic culture and now lay offs and so many things happening in Infosys these days.

One of the SPM said to me , it's from pressure from the top guys to put NI and UP.

Really sad man.. there are so many people who are almost in company for more than 5+ yrs and worked so hard and still got NI and UP

Correct my hard work doesn't exist just become you are not completing 10 days in a month from office they put give Ni then HR mail for One to One discussion and push employees to leave the company.. That exactly happing in pune phase 2 office my colleague lost the job job because of that even he working on the project. Even most of manager are shocked while seen this..

NI primarily is to avoid giving variable pay. If people quit that is a bonus especially if they are on bench. On project NI cases will mostly be given achievable goals which they can clear.

But even for employees who worked hard got poor ratings bcs of politics and high cadre managers pressure
