Trending @HCL; Related to Compensation Intimation Mail

I got "compensation Intimation" mail, when i checked in my compensation only restructure compensation letter was there(which came there before i received the mail) annual letter for this year not there

Is it the mail only for restructuring compensation or what else ?

Earlier i received the mail with same subject for the annual appraisal letter

Any idea

It’s just salary restructure EPB and Variable pay got merged. They have now become flexi allowance. Actual compensation yet to be released

No EPB anymore....you will get full monthly salary...enjoy!!

So does this means EPB AND VARIABLE PAY will get credited same month salary? Or both will get credited at the appraisal cycle end?

No , epb monthly will get added to monthly salary and yearly variable pay will be given year end

Me as well get this... Seems it was intimation for that Compensation change only.. I meant restructure
