Trending @Infosys; Related to allowance for the weekend support and on-call

Dears,

I am working in a support project where on-call support is there. For on-call support , I am not getting any allowance but giving comp off only for the worked hours and also not able to apply these comp off in infy me. Mostly these on-calls will come in mid night.

I checked with manager and he is telling there is no allowance for the on call in my unit.

Is it true?

Is it TME? It's the worst project. No allowance and no benefits, but they expect 24*7 support. They are running corporate slavery

Yes I am getting comp off for the hours I am providing on call support.

Means if I provide on call support for 2hrs then only 2 hours comp off will be given.
