Relase from project

It depends purely on the project you are allocated to.
18-24 months you have to be in same project for getting eligible for asking for release.

It depends on project but mostly if project demands and you have dependency on project they wont release you even you ask them or even beg to release but if they decide to release then you will be out soon but they give you C band for sure ebfore releasing for sure

What if I just completed 14 months?

It is as clear as air... If you are a good resources you won't get release Easily 😂😂😂
