Rejoining from ML

Hey guys, I am rejoining after maternity leave this month. Want to ask wfh and virtual rejoining as my nearest tcs branch takes 14 hours to reach. I cant leave my baby at home., also i cant take him with me for this far journey. Any suggestions on how to approach managers or rmg or hr and all., PS: i am new to tcs and new to being a mom as well💁🏻‍♀️
