As a lateral o had joined Infy . Suppose in future o want to join Infy again so for that now how many year i have to stay in Infy .

You need to stay for 12 months at least before you initiate the resignation.

Say you have joined on 5-May-2024, Infosys will rehire you if you put in resignation after 5-May-2025.
