Trending @Capgemini; Rejection mail for internal interviews!

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to share my thoughts and need advice .

I have joined CG recently last month and till now I have attended 5 interviews and it happened like anytime they called and started asking questions without any information.

Once I got call at 10pm on WhatsApp and he started to asking questions.

I can say confidently that not all interviews went wrong . For some account it went well but still I got 5 Rejection mail back to back !

Please help me on that what’s next ! Will they sue me from organisation or what ?

Once I was selected for an account who said I am selected and overqualified for this position but they need heathcare experience too. At the time, I didn't have healthcare experience. You know what they said.. "we will come back to you if we don't get healthcare experience candidates with your skillset".. I have had many such experiences here. Some accounts want candidates to match their expectations 💯 percent.. ideal candidates are a myth. But some accounts are great and realistic.. they will train us to meet their requirements..

same thing happend with me they are randomly rejecting candidates not sure why so but make sure not to go with forceful resignation if you are full time employment its a kind of silent layoff

Please don't take any rejection seriously. I saw accounts reject many high performers also. Always stay positive.

You won't get sued. Keep pushing. Rejections are part of the game. Focus on improving and upskilling. If it continues, consider looking elsewhere. Stay sharp and resilient.
