So i got a call from kpmg. Gave my first interview, didnt go well. After a week they scheduled the second round. That went okayish, after that i didnt get any update from their side. Its been 20 days since the interview. Called the HR last week to check on the updates, she said its status is pending. So, should i call again and ask her or leave it considering, i am rejected?

Consider yourself rejected. Do not follow up anymore. If there is an update the HR will reach out. The more you follow up it means you're needy of a change and there is a chance HR thinks you will settle for less salary. For now you are not the first option for them.
