Trending @Capgemini; Rejected in second round interview

I have appeared for 10 interviews last months so far. I cleared the first round in 9 of them but got rejected in second round of 8 company’s. received one offer letter but hike was only 20%.

Seeking advice from experienced professionals: What should I do to improve my performance in the second round?
