Rejected even after answering all questions
Hi friends. I am facing a big challenge. I am getting calls and attending interviews. I am answering almost all the questions and have latest tech stack. But I am getting rejected everywhere. I have good communication and interpersonal skills as well. I am failing to understand the issue. When I googled the questions asked in the interview I am getting similar answers that I told in the interview. My friend told me maybe it is the issue with my package. I'm 14yr exp with 32lpa current CTC and asking just 38 lpa. I don't think it is such a huge package even. Moreover they agreed for the CTC and scheduled the interviews. So it shouldn't be a problem. I asked the HRs why I wasn't selected. They simply said my performance wasn't satisfactory. No more details. Earlier I failed the interview only when I didn't answer the questions. Now I am constantly failing since more than 2 months even after answering all the questions. It is extremely important for me to get a job now as I resigned without any offer in hand. I cannot fix it unless I understand the issue. Please suggest
Nowadays the interviewer constantly checks for cues that you are not using help and AI to answer
Maybe that is the reason
I never took the help of AI. It's clearly visible from my body language to the interviewer
Maybe it is not what you say but how you say it.
When answering questions try to show your depth of knowledge. Don't give one or two line answers. Give a little more, tell a thing or two similar to the concept.
For eg. If the interviewer asks about http. Tell one line about OSI stack, and mention it is layer 7 protocol. One more line about https like one is secure other is not. Don't tell lot, so that you stay on the topic. Just one or two lines
