Rejected D band
I received D band and I have rejected it on 17 april , I want to know here it is not showing any name to whom I need to connect for discussion It is showing current status : pending But how would I know that to whom I need to get connected to discuss because i didn't received any mail either. If anyone wants to comment on anything , please do it freely and let me know the further process which I need to follow ??
I got D band this year,first I discussed with appraiser and reviewer,it seems they won't change it.For the personal target they gave me.i have wfo index 100 percent and in office work hour is 3 hrs average.Now I will disagree the band. What will be the next action? Anyone please suggest me. Last two years I got C band. Any suggestions friends what to do this time?
They asked you to maintain 100% WFO for better band?
Pending means it is the worklist of your reviewer, he has 2 option agree or disagree to your query. In the mean time try to connect your reviewer and manger and convince them to upgrade.Then they will upgrade.HR will only update the database.
