Rejected after Referral

It's the worst year for the 2023 batch, applied to various organisations through referral, but still received rejection mail. Reason:- we are hiring for either 2024 or the previous batches. Received rejection mail from Walmart, Salesforce, Microsoft and other reputed companies. What should a 2023 grad do in this case?
