Trending @Infosys; Rehire eligible or not

If i complete 1 year in Infosys with including notice period as lateral..will I be eligible for re hire or not .. could you please

For laterals, You have to stay in infy for one year and then initiate the separation. Otherwise u won't be eligible for rehire.

Is it including notice period 3 Months ... because if I resign in 9th month..in seperation portal it's showing as u are not eligible for re hire u are resigning before completing 12 months..so do we need to complete 12 months and resign where it will be come around 15 months
