What is 'Regularise status unknown' request in infy means? Can we apply that if we miss to apply WFH after 15 days? Does it need any one approval?

For me it asked only for jl5 approval and got auto approved for status unknown request raised. And it is showing as 'Certified present '

If you forgot to apply WFH then you will get this notification. And if you apply after 15 days, you'll probably need JL7 approval.
