Regular Routine

My team is in last stage of project, delivery at this July. From dec onwards working like hell giving our best and daily routine is like nothing wakeup, development and sleep. Am I going in wrong direction or in corporate these are pretty common.

Give me some hope and confidence about my work pressure and about my life.
