Regret joining TCS
So i have finished a month in TCS now and I really do feel regret. First clients rejected twice though perfectly given all answers then this WFH not getting accepted and all post seen here says how they scam on QVM. Why did i joined.
Same here i regret so much joining tcs. Although i got project but travelling 45km to office is not possible for me n they are asking to visit that office only as other office does not have project odc. Now i am stuck as my variable pay is getting cut as i am not visiting office. Its been only 2 months but now i feel liking switching again as this will affect my appraisals
Client rejection is normal. Your project will keep trying to find something
I know many skilled associates who couldnt clear client interviews for 2 3 months.
TCS has become waste of time and talent, better to move on, TCS doesn’t care about experience and the value they bring to the project, they just need bonded labour now…

But seriously, I know you must be infuriated with all these things. Keep a little bit of patience. Nothing will improve but you will learn a few things in TCS and will always be motivated to strive for a better job. Just don't be complacent with your work here. It will kill your career.

Same happened to me … i joined with 11 yoe and within a month passed I regretted so badly.. i left within a year
Same here. I am at a location which is like a hell
Everyday and every minute I regret here.
