Trending @Accenture; Registering a company while working for Accenture
Could I register a company in my name to start a small business while working for Accenture? How would I do it if I wanted to?
I read it in the beginning somewhere in employee agreement or so, that you cannot use any skill you gained/related to your experience in Accenture elsewhere while working here.
Also, you shouldn't be a part of a company that can be considered as a competitor to Accenture in any field that Accenture operates in. Since these seem to be the only constraints (or not, because I might have missed a thing or two), as long as your company operates in a completely different field/sector/solution which Accenture is not a part of, then you are in the clear.
If you want to go ahead, a good way is to inquire with your manager. A bad way is to not let anyone know and hope that no one gets to know. Either way, all the best and be safe.
