Hi All,

I joined 3rd of June, If I resigned so how many days I need to serve notice period. They hired me for some project now they are saying position is full fill.

Since you will be in the probation period for 6 months from date of joining. The notice period for probation period is 30 days. So you need to serve 30 days of notice period if u resign now.

Thanks for reply.. I have one another question there is policy employee have to be billable in 45 days otherwise salary will be on hold. Is this applicable for new joiner as well or applicable only for who is working in project.
