Google search says:

TCS is rolling out annual salary hikes effective April 1, 2026, with most employees expecting a 4.5%–8% increase and top performers potentially receiving up to 10% or more. Revised compensation letters for the 2026-27 cycle are being released in batches by ISU/Grade by mid-June 2026, with arrears applicable from April.

Key Details for TCS Compensation 2026: Effective Date: April 1, 2026, marking a return to the standard annual cycle after previous delays. Hike Range: Most employees will see 4.5-8% hikes, while top performers can expect higher percentages.

Letter Release Timeline: While some reports indicated early release,, finalized letters are expected around mid-June 2026 for many, pending restructuring of salary structures.

Arrears: Employees will receive arrears and deductions for April and May 2026 once the new structure is implemented.

Focus Areas: Increases are driven by performance, with a specific focus on AI capability strengthening and employee retention, despite a reduction in overall headcount during FY26. Where to Check: Letters are typically released in batches on the Ultimatix platform under the "My Documents" or "Appraisal" section.

It is advised to check the Ultimatix portal regularly as the release is batch-processed.

How hard it could be with excel formulas, won’t take more than 30 minutes to calculate all 5.8 lk employees salary. TCS just giving reasons to delay.

If you think technical perspective you may be right, but is that how you think an organisation operates? There wont be any other constraints/peer discussions before they update the excel formulas?

Nah, bro.

I think they are typing and creating letters, ctc structure manually for each employee 🙃. Maybe that's why it is taking this much time.

3 months, really 🤯🤯 ? More wondering what they are doing since November ??

"we don't know till we get an insight" ??, I feel that's a myth.

They are driving AI in this large scale, can't they use the same to sort it out if there is anything complex ???

Maybe in the board room they were thinking, "this is fun 😀"...

Are bro if other firms can do it already, why is it taking this much time for TCS ?

I don't think all 584k (current headcount) members are working in TCS India.

There is no official confirmation yet. It's just provided data based on other platforms where fake information was provided earlier.

Let’s see.. I too have a feeling that this is not genuine. Some posts says C3B and above wont have hikes this year. But those are all fake.

That can be true

But what HR & Finance department was doing since November?
I think everyone should get PIP in those departments

Re-structuring might have started long back for sure. We never know how complicated/challenging it would be until and unless we get an insight of it.
