Regarding Wings Exam

I recently joined TCS as a Digital Trainee and heard about the Wings exam, but I have no idea what it is. I only know that it is somehow related to salary incentives. Can anyone share details about the eligibility criteria, whether digital candidates can take it, and how to prepare for it?
