Regarding Wings 2 Powerplay 1 Interview

Recently I attended Wings 2 Powerplay 1 interview. The current status of the Unit evaluation is "Distinction". Can someone explain what does it means, what are the next steps.

Congrats. You are eligible for Wings incentive now and as mentioned in other comment, will probably get letter in June.

Anyways as next step, get your role in gss/Ultimatix same as your wings role for pp4 and try for completion of pp2 and Pp3.

It means you've cleared it with financial rewards. Expect the official result in April or May. Hike letter in Q1 is generally delayed due to year end appraisal process so it'll come by June itself but effective date will be April 1st.
