Hello All,
I am doing work from home since January and getting salary regularly. From past 2 months, I am receiving mails to start work from office ( frequently on WiNow) , but I am ignoring all those mails. I have received full salary till now, but I am getting frequent reminder to start coming back to office. Also FYI, my hometown is Nagpur and also I was released from project on 30 September and currently in Freepool.
I am afraid that if don't go to office then HR might take some action.

You should start going to office. You may be able to connect with a few people for your next project. If you don't go to office thrice a week, soon they will start deducting 1 leave for every week when you didn't meet the WFO expectations.
After 45 days in free pool, LOP will anyway start why to bother going to office. Also action they are planning to take is to deduct leaves. Once that happens you can take a call
