Anybody getting WFH exception from their project?
I asked my manager and in return he looped an army of managers saying i cant do it. I dint lie, i genuinely have health issues. Anyway post this i uploaded all my medical history and current status in Hello Doctor. Today status shows its evaluated, connect with hour HR post 48 hrs and proceed with your request.
U can loop the HR and manager, GPM after uploading documents in my doctor portal
Multiple scenarios of WFH introduced recently. Medical but only few days limited in qtr no certificate needed. Critical medical go through aphelion with certificate after validation doctor and hr says the number rof days eligible. After maternity 6 months of WFH and extended to another 6 months with dm approval
