I am one month of pregnant. My family members suggest not to travel to office since office is 26km away from home and need to travel around 50km per day. Is it possible to get WFH exception if we talk to manager.
Trust me , unless you have any underlying medical conditions or doctor has recommended no travel. It’s better to have some change , travel around , come to office rather than being confined at home. As long as you are travelling in office bus /car and are otherwise fit , keep going to office till atleast the 2nd trimester. Most managers would agreee or redirect you to hr would ask for me focal certificate and if your doctor is recommending rest no one would force you to come to office.
