Regarding WFH

I am planning to work from home for the entire next month. Will the manager approve it if I don't have any medical issues? My base location is different from my hometown. I am feeling very tired, depressed, and anxious. I just want to spend some time with my family.

You can work from home. But your variable pay will be impacted..

Genuine suggestion: Do wfh without asking them or raising anything, if you priority is family

You should apply for Earned leave. Your personal and family health is more important than the job.
Remember, you’re replaceable at work not at home!

Generally, WFH is approved only in case of emergency such as your or any family member's medical conditions, etc. That's what my HR told me. Also, either a couple of days or 1 week will be approved at a time. And, we have to keep raising requests in Ultimatix as and when required. At least, this is what is happening in my BU.
