Trending @Accenture; Regarding VP eligibility.

I joined Accenture on May 16, 2025. My offer letter mentions a 27% variable pay. Will I receive this variable pay in November?

Nope...if you aren't on payroll on the day of the vp payout, you will not get it. You my friend, have axed your own feet!

You need to read offer letter again. Everyone who joins Accenture gets the same foolish trap. They will surely have mentioned 27% max but not guaranteed

But I can give guarantees in our entire life that we never get even 25

From last 10 years, i have seen 3,5,8,15 % max ..and that too with top performers

If you read it properly they will mention as 0 to 27%. So I would always say to everyone just see fixed pay while comparing accenture with other companies during counter offers.

It says 0-27 not fixed so you can't except the same....they says market conditions, project performance...etc
