My LWD would be in December starting. Will I get VP? Also, in December I'll complete 4 years & 10 months of my service in Accenture. Will I be eligible for gratuity??

The moment you drop your resignation, from next second onwards you will be considered as "Outsider". This is ducking reality in India.

Once you drop your resignation you're not eligible for VP anymore. Not sure about gratuity.
