I opted for a roll-off from my current project, and after two HR discussions, they confirmed my roll-off date as the 19th of this month. Will this affect my variable bonus, hike, or promotion? My MAL is 35 at the Analyst level.

Your variable is dependent on what performance is shown by people lead to talent lead.
If they were in discussion of roll off earlier, there might be a possibility of seeing some fluctuations than what actual.
