Trending @Infosys; Regarding Unit change

Hi, I'm in the unit called Edgeverve from here there is no option for the IJP or Bridge Program, But i want to apply for a bridge program. Here no onsite opportunity is also not there, Promotions also will take maximum time period. Working for 12 hours in a day. Any way to change the unit or any other options??
