Regarding the sudden release from the Project in TCS, I am of C2

I am not able to understand what exactly happens to me. I got a call from a sudden release from the project. Generally review calls are happening for all. In my review calls,the manager has asked multiple questions and provided one issue for resolution. I have resolved the issue. Max to max answer I have given in review call. What improvement do I need to do that is told by the manager. Actually now I could understand work.

earlier the work requirement was not satisfied. But later I have finished max work. That is before the review call. After the review call, the manager started monitoring the work. Every day I was giving an update. Before long leave, Max to max work I have done satisfactory. After a long leave, I went back to work and started work again. Yesterday the manager was told to close the vulnerabilities in the portal. Technically I have work from my side.earlier tools were closing vulnerabilities if resolved. So my understanding was to work technically. Then the manager told me I told different things. I said I work technically from my side. Actually expected to resolve vulnerabilities in a tool that was automatically closing. I said I have resolved the vulnerabilities in the bulk list and asked how we can do the same for the bulk list.actually our role is for Linux admin. The manager told me to check with the VA team later. I said tomorrow I will check the report the next day. Actually vulnerabilities were closed perfectly in the tool. But the manager told me any work that I asked the same thing I should do. But that was a huge count of vulnerabilities.

Today I called and got a message of sudden releases. Received mail also. The interviewer told me no better feedback from the manager so they are releasing me. I told the interviewer what happened to me actually. But the work result is there actually. I show work results also. But the release mail was shot. So totally confused about what I should do ? After one month, I will be released. Kindly guide me to handle the situation.

For the last project, the client has withdrawn the contract. Before the last project , work for a short term project. Before the short term project, work in 1st project for 1 year plus 10 months.
