Regarding the early release due to psychological issue

Hi all,

I joined in Capg may 2nd 2025 , due to reason health issue like psychological issue diagnosed with stress and anxiety disorder in the last month. I thought to took a career gap to improve my mental health. I asked for the early release from the company . Because doctor adviced me to start the treatment in the September month . I shared the prescription and medical certificate to the manager and HR also. My manager was ready to release me from the project and move me to bench by the month end . HR stating like needs to serve 90days notice period . What can I do in this situation?

Please guide me for it

Just don't do anything..Start your treatment .. If they want to pay a non-billable associate thats on them.. Do what you need to do.. No need to attend office and all. Just reply to their Emails so that a conversation is there between the two parties and they cannot say that you have stopped responding.

I agree. Just asked project mnager to release you, once you are on bench People manager, HRs can't do anything, they even dont have projects, they are already focusing on layoffs. no need to follow BTO. just drop an email requesting to release you from the company mentioning health issues, and certificates because work load and project stress. and then keep responding to them.

Talk to your manager to put you in the bench. And serve notice from bench. No need to go office or take stress.

BDW mental health issues starts subsiding if you do deep breathing exercises for 5 mins, 3-4 times a day

Send a polite email, copying HR’s manager, see what he/she says. Tell them that this is causing additional stress for you
