Regarding TCS promotion
Promotion initiation process started? Can anyone please confirm.
They are on hold as of now as there is lot of attrition and to refrain from more this is stopped and delayed for temporary timelines
Nobody can stop people leaving. My whole friend circle jumped to Infosys and capgemini after waiting for 2 years in stretch.
LoL you think attrition is happening due to promotions and appraisals 🤣🤣...why would anyone leave a company who will provide fair compensation and promotions to its employees.. In fact it is the opposite, people are leaving because there is no monetary award (say it appraisals or promotions), and they are getting nothing despite their hard work throughout the year... hence they are left with only one reason...resign and look for better opportunities which ultimately increases the attrition.
Forget any promotions this year and further as well, tc$ is the worst performer among peers and it's a sinking ship due to its extraordinary management .
Till hike process is closed promotion cycle will not be opened. TCS currently has mixed emotions within them due to fear of attrition and policies they have. They will experience lot of bitter in coming days if not changed.
There is so much of black box of this thing that makes whole scene so weird as if they don't want anyone to get promotion till they die.
